I have been very honoured and fortunate over the years in that I've hopefully helped many Blues artists and Blues record labels. My name has been mentioned in over 200 cassettes and CDs throughout the years. Sometimes it was just a "thank you" and other times it was for some input by me in that they have used my Blueheart Archive for vintage recordings or  historical publicity photos. More recently some Blues artists have used my writings or photographs for liner notes, promo, posters, and on their websites. My archived photos have also been used in album/CD releases, magazines, TV ads, movies, books, videos and documentaries.
I also did a number of years hosting a Blues program on a few local radio stations. My first show was called " The R&B Power Hour", after that "Midnite Blue" then finally "Eddy's Place". To understand my crazy radio years go to my main menu and click on "Johnny V on Eddy B", ya won't believe the story!
I keep tryin' to develop new graphics for my BHA website so I can continue to make it an interestin' place to visit.

The first ever Canadian Blues magazine I published in Canada in 1975. I shot the cover photo of Willie the year before. Unfortunately because of finances at the time, only one issue saw the light.

My first publicity photo, 1974. This band also had the opportunity to back Bonnie "Bombshell" Lee and Sunnyland Slim at the Meet Market, downstairs of the Colonial Tavern, the same year.
